Mortgage For Seniors was founded by Damahco Ousley in 2024 to serve seniors and the elderly, a community often overlooked. Damahco’s journey began with Oklahoma Community Caregivers, an organization he started to provide essential support services like personal care, meal preparation, companionship, and transportation, helping clients maintain independence and quality of life.
Working closely with seniors, Damahco gained insight into their financial challenges, especially in retirement. This inspired him to create Mortgage For Seniors, specializing in Home Equity Conversion Mortgages (HECMs) to help seniors access their home equity for greater financial security.
